Saucony Talks

At the Trail des Passerelles du Monteynard village, two talks will be offered in partnership with Saucony.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy discussions about trail running and physical preparation.

Friday 12/07 at 7 PM, athlete Yoann Stuck will discuss trail running training in an urban environment.

“I started running a few years ago after quitting 30 cigarettes a day and weighing 100kg. Today, I try to promote the idea that nothing is impossible, and that it’s never too late. I also like to highlight that even if we live in a city or on flat land, trail running is not out of reach. It’s a great opportunity to soon be on the Trail des Passerelles and to share experiences together. Thanks to Saucony for initiating this amazing adventure.”

Saturday 13/07 at 3:30 PM, coach Romain Tami will lead a talk on gear, training, and competition in trail running.

Romain is an ultra-trailer and creator of @Run_Connect on social media. He shares a vision of running and trail that is both competitive and supportive.

If you’re wondering how to combine chasing KOMs on Strava with a structured ultra-trail training plan while keeping a friendly spirit at the post-run drinks, this talk is for you.
Topics include gear advice, training session planning, and insights on competition in trail running.
You’ll leave with practical tips and a better understanding of this demanding but thrilling sport.

Come to the Trail des Passerelles village at the Treffort Water Sports Center to attend these exciting talks.
Also, visit the Saucony booth to try their latest trail running shoes.
It’s the perfect opportunity to get expert advice and test high-performance gear before the race.
