30 km / 1 500 m d+

Limited to 400 individual runners

6:00 am – 7:30 am: bib collection in La Mure (+ the day before on Saturday 06 July in Mayres Savel beach from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm)

7:30 am: Departure of the shuttle bus La Mure -> Monteynard (reservation required)

8:30 am: start of the race Le Petit Train in Monteynard (Commune of Monteynard – Matheysine)

1:00 pm: prize-giving ceremony in La Mure

17 km / 750 m d+

Limited to 400 individual runners and 50 relays

5:10 pm: shuttle bus departs from Grenoble Place Victor Hugo → Prunières (reservation required / €4 per person)

5:30 pm: Shuttle service from Pont-de-Claix to Prunières (reservation required / €4 per person)

4:30 pm – 6:15 pm: bib collection at La Mine Image (La Motte d’Aveillans) (+ Saturday 1st July in Mayres Savel beach from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm)

6:15 pm: Departure of the shuttle bus from La Mine Image -> Prunières (Reservation required / €2 per person)

7:15 pm: Departure of the 3e Poste in Prunières

10:00 pm: Award ceremony at La Mine Image (La Motte d’Aveillans)

Around 10:45 pm: Shuttle bus departs from La Mine Image for return to Grenoble (Pont de Claix / Place Victor Hugo)

KIDS RACES

From 5 to 15 years old

4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Registration for kids’ races in Treffort (nautical base)

6:00 pm: Benjamins / Minimes race (born between 2009 and 2012): 1 500 m

6:20 pm: Pupilles / Poussins race (born between 2013 and 2017): 1 000 m

6:30 pm: Mini Poussins race (born in 2018 and after): 500 m

Limited to 250 bibs

7:00 am – 09:00 am: bib collection in Treffort

8:00 am: departure of the boat shuttle La Mira (150 seats) from Treffort to Mayres Savel (reservation required)

9:10 am: departure of the boat shuttle La Mira (75 seats) from Treffort to Mayres Savel (reservation required)

From 9:30 am: departure from Mayres Savel beach

TRAIL DE COTE ROUGE

Limited to 600 solo runners and 50 relays of 3 runners

3:00 am: Departure of the Treffort -> La Mure shuttle bus (Reservation required)

4:00 am – 4:45 am: bib collection in La Mure (+ the day before from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm in Treffort)

5:00 am: start of the Big Race in La Mure

Limited to 1 200 runners (wave start)
