Cut-off times
Update to come for 2024.
The organisers have decided to introduce Cut-off times for their main races.
The aim is not to “eliminate runners”, but rather to avoid taking risks with certain participants by stopping them before they put themselves in danger, and also to guarantee acceptable working hours for some of our volunteers involved throughout the Trail des Passerelles du Monteynard weekend.
You will find below the details of the cut-offs time for each race. In the event of a start in several waves, the cut-off time is calculated on the basis of the start time of the last wave. Please note that the organisers reserve the right to set different time limits during the event, depending on the weather conditions (extreme heat, bad weather, etc.) in particular.

The Maratrail des Passerelles (42 km) : aligned with those of The Big Race

- At the Passerelle de l’Ébron refreshment station (km 35) at 6:30 pm **
- At the finish line at 8:00 pm
** ** This cut-off time at the Ébron footbridge is a diversion barrier:
Runners will be diverted from this point and will be able to reach the finish without making the final climb, finishing by the lakeside. They will be classified after the finishers of the complete course, in their order of arrival, over a different distance:
- The Big Race: 66 km / 3200m D+
- The Maratrail des Passerelles: 40 km / 2100m D+
This decision has been taken and validated year after year, in view of the state of health of many riders at that point in the race.
