The 65km trail race is a qualifying race for ITRA

Award 4 Points

For the 9th edition, the organization offers you a similar trail from 2019. We have obviously maintained the cultural and natural wonders of the local heritage, those who had been really appreciated from past editions.
The departure of the race will take part in La Mure, major town of the Matheysin plateau, then you will run on the ascent of Sénépi at dawn, following up with the ski resort of Les Signaraux. Then you will discover the beauty of La Pierre Percée (Holed rock), one of the 7 wonders of Dauphiné region. This will then lead you to La Mine Image, an underground museum of La Mine, following up with the ascent of Connex to discover a panoramic view of Monteynard over the historic railway of Petit Train de la Mure. You will follow up with 1200 ascent to reach the peaks of TPM, l’Alpage du Sénépi, where a sheperd, his family and his team will welcome you! From there, you will run down to Mayres Savel before crossing the 2 Himalayan footbridges to get from Matheysine to Trièves. You will enjoy beautiful panoramic views over the lake running on the mountainside of Côte Rouge before the final downhill to Treffort beach where the finish line is.

The natural spaces we are working on and the people who are taking care of those lands and territories, which you will be crossing for the race, are factors we do not control 100%. Therefore, we sometimes have to make changes to our different routes, which can slightly modify the distance and/or the altitude difference. This distance and altitude difference is therefore given as an indication.
