Can I transfer my race bib?
Yes, you can transfer your race bib for free directly from your personal account.
If you can no longer take part but have a friend who wishes to run the same race, you can start the bib transfer procedure by following the steps below:
- Log in with your credentials to access your personal account.
- Transfer your bib by entering the email address of the person you wish to transfer it to in the dedicated field, then click on “Transfer my registration”. That person will then receive an email with a link inviting them to claim your bib.
Important information:
Bib transfer is only possible if the Be Ticketing insurance has not been activated.
Bib transfer is free; however, the registration system only allows the transfer of the bib itself, not the associated options. These options will therefore be cancelled. If the person receiving the bib wishes to benefit from options (shuttle, medal, T‑shirt, etc.), they will need to pay for them. Bib transfer is only possible until 1st July 2026 at midday. The person receiving the bib must have completed their personal information by this deadline. This requirement applies to the start date for bib collection.
Information for the person receiving your bib:
- Transferring a bib implies acceptance of the event rules.
- If you receive a bib from a registered runner, you will not be able to subscribe to cancellation insurance or obtain a refund if you cannot participate. This is not our choice but a constraint of our registration system.
Specific case for team races: For team races, bib transfer must be done individually by each team member. Each registered participant must therefore log into their personal account and complete the transfer. The team name can be changed later from the team account.

Important information:
